You can construct a summary of the physical, occupational, or speech therapy treatment plan by combining text with phrases selected from a picklist.
- In the Single Visit or Speech Single Visit template, expand the Plan panel.
- If you want to write the summary, select the Treatment Plan field, and then enter the text.
- If you want to select specific phrases from a picklist, do the following:
- Select the arrow button
.
A picklist opens.
- Select all necessary phrases in the picklist.
As you select each phrase, it is automatically added to end of the Treatment Plan text.
- When you finish adding phrases, select Done or Close.
The treatment plan summary automatically saves when you close the template.
