Enter the Assessment Narrative

You can construct a narrative that summarizes the physical, occupational, or speech therapy assessment. You build the narrative by combining text with phrases you select from a picklist.
  1. In the Single Visit or Speech Single Visit template, expand the Assessment panel.
  2. If you want to write the narrative, select the Assessment field, and then enter the text.
  3. If you want to select specific phrases, do the following:
    1. Select the arrow button arrow button.
      A picklist opens.
    2. Select all necessary phrases in the picklist.
      As you select each phrase, it is automatically added to the end of the Assessment text.
    3. When you finish adding phrases, select Close.
The narrative automatically saves when you close the template.
