Assessment Comments (Therapist’s Impression)

Use the Comments (Therapist’s Impression) field to record things such as observations, additional information, instructions and plans. You can type text into the field or add saved phrases from a “My Phrases” set. For more information, see Add Comments.

The Review Comments link above the field opens a window where you can review comments entered in all sections of the patient’s chart. You can also review and copy comments that were captured on previous encounters with that patient. For more information, see Review, Modify, and Copy Comments.
