You can enter text directly into the field or enter saved phrases from a “My Phrases” set.
- Select the My Phrases link above the field.
The
INF MyPhrases Select template opens and displays phrases you have saved (Show Mine) for that Category. For example: subjective, objective, and plan.
- To see and select:
- Phrases added by the rendering provider, check the Show Rendering checkbox.
- Another user’s phrases, check the Show Other checkbox, and then select the field to choose the other user whose phrases you want to use.
- System Set phrases, check the Show System Set checkbox.
- Multiple sets of phrases, select more than one checkbox.
Note: You can use phrases other than your own, but you cannot change them.
- Double-click a phrase to move it into the Comments field of the INF MyPhrases Select template.
- When you are finished adding phrases, select Save & Close.
The phrases you selected enter the
Comments field on the workflow template.
