Case Inactivity Worklog

The Case Inactivity Worklog (“Inactive Worklog”) shows patients’ cases for whom the following are true: The patient has not been in for a billable visit in the past [x] days. The patient’s last visit was not a Discharge, and the case does not have a status of “closed”. Use the options to filter the data in the grid. Inactive Worklog grid You can select a patient from the grid, and then select the Launch Chart tab in the workflow bar to open that patient’s chart. Encounter W/O Procs Report

You can also generate a corresponding report from SAP® Crystal Reports® software to pull the same information. Select File > Reports > Crystal Reports. The Report Dialog window opens. Generate Reports from the Report Dialog Window

Before you begin Because this application uses SAP® Crystal Reports® to produce reports, your practice or organization must have already set them up in the Report Dialog window. You can generate most of the reports for NextGen® Therapy Suite from the Report Dialog window. On the File menu, select Reports > Crystal Reports. The Report Dialog window opens. Select and then run the report. For more information, go to NextGen Healthcare Success Community, and download the Reports User Guide for NextGen® Enterprise EHR. Note: If you want to generate the Open Cases, Productivity by Rendering Provider, or Productivity by Resource report, you must use the NTS Reports template. Work with Generated SAP Crystal Reports

After SAP Crystal Reports are generated, you can update the settings and work with them using the Report Dialog or by accessing certain reports from within other NextGen® Enterprise EHR modules. You can also access generated SAP Crystal Reports that are attached to a patient's chart using the NextGen® Enterprise EHR Encounter History or Categories tab. For example, you can do the following: View provider sign off details. View the properties of an SAP Crystal Reports within an encounter. Export an SAP Crystal Reports to NextGen® PxP Portal (for clients enrolled in NextGen® PxP Portal). View the history details of SAP Crystal Reports sent to NextGen® PxP Portal.
