Encounters Without Charges Worklog
The Encounters w/o Charges worklog is designed to help you keep on top of encounters that have not been completed. The worklog displays, by provider and location, any checked-in encounters that do not yet have charges in the Procedures module. Encounters Without Charges worklog Select the timeframe for how far the worklog looks back. The default is 15 Days. If necessary, increase the worklog capacity to the last 30 Days, 60 Days, or 90 Days. To complete the documentation, select an encounter in the grid, and then select Launch Chart. Generate a Case Inactivity Report
You can generate a report from SAP® Crystal Reports® software to pull the same information in the Case Inactivity worklog. Select File > Reports > Crystal Reports. The Report Dialog window opens. Expand the section All encounters for All Patient. Select either one of the Case Inactivity reports (Landscape or 3.2x), and then select Preview. Parent topic: Case Inactivity Worklog

Once the reports are copied, you can access them to begin the set up process. From the Main menu, select File > Reports > Crystal Reports. The Report Dialog window opens. From this dialog you are able to set up your SAP® Crystal Reports® and printers, as well as generate and print the following report types: This Encounter for current patient- Only for the current encounter for the selected patient. All Encounters for current patient- For all of the encounters for the selected patient. All Encounters for all patients- For all of the encounters for all of the patients in the database. Generate Reports from the Report Dialog Window
Before you begin Because this application uses SAP® Crystal Reports® to produce reports, your practice or organization must have already set them up in the Report Dialog window. You can generate most of the reports for NextGen® Therapy Suite from the Report Dialog window. On the File menu, select Reports > Crystal Reports. The Report Dialog window opens. Select and then run the report. For more information, go to NextGen Healthcare Success Community, and download the Reports User Guide for NextGen® Enterprise EHR. Note: If you want to generate the Open Cases, Productivity by Rendering Provider, or Productivity by Resource report, you must use the NTS Reports template. Generate the Future Appointments Report
The Future Appointments report shows the patient's upcoming appointments. You can print this report and give it to the patient. Open a patient record, and then in Encounter History, expand a case and select an encounter. Open the NTS Homepage template associated with the encounter, and then select the Future Appts. link.
