Generate Open Cases or Productivity Reports from the NTS Reports Template

Before you begin Because this application uses SAP® Crystal Reports® to produce the Open Cases, Productivity by Rendering Provider, and Productivity by Resource reports, your practice or organization must set them up in the Report Dialog window before you can generate these reports. You can generate the following reports from the NTS Reports template: Open Cases, Productivity by Rendering Provider, and Productivity by Resource. From NTS Homepage, select a visit type, and then select the Reports sub navigation link. The NTS Reports template opens. In the Locations grid, the practice ID (for example, 0001) appears with the associated location. In the Fee Sheet Productivity Report by Rendering panel, enter the Start Date, End Date, Locations, and Providers filtering options. Generating Reports in NextGen® Therapy Suite

NextGen® Therapy Suite uses SAP® Crystal Reports® software to produce reports. Before you can view and run one of these reports, your practice or organization must first set it up in the Report Dialog window. Although you generate most of the reports from the Report Dialog, you must generate a few from a template. NextGen® Therapy Suite includes the following reports that you generate from the NTS Reports template: Open Cases Report. Displays all patients who have an open case, their last encounter date, visit type of the last encounter, patient phone number, and their initial evaluation date. Fee Sheet Productivity by Rendering Report. Displays the Fee Sheet charges for an encounter. Several charges may not have gone to NextGen® Enterprise PM (the charges were either set to prevent for that payer or due to billing rules they were not billed). Work with Generated SAP Crystal Reports

After SAP Crystal Reports are generated, you can update the settings and work with them using the Report Dialog or by accessing certain reports from within other NextGen® Enterprise EHR modules. You can also access generated SAP Crystal Reports that are attached to a patient's chart using the NextGen® Enterprise EHR Encounter History or Categories tab. For example, you can do the following: View provider sign off details. View the properties of an SAP Crystal Reports within an encounter. Export an SAP Crystal Reports to NextGen® PxP Portal (for clients enrolled in NextGen® PxP Portal). View the history details of SAP Crystal Reports sent to NextGen® PxP Portal.
