Edit a Payer Message
Select the Payer from the
Insurance Information
grid.
In the messages grid, select the message to be edited.
Select the
Edit
button below the grid.
The message text enters the field below the grid.
Change the message text by typing in the grid.
Select
Update
to save the changes.
Note:
To delete a message, select it, and then select
Remove
.

Add a Message for a Payer
Select the Payer from the Insurance Information grid. Select the text field below the messages grid to enter the payer message. Note: If no payer is selected first, the text field will not be editable. Add button on the Messages panel Select Add to save the message. Parent topic: Messages

Update Invoice Information
You can update an invoice total, due date or terms. Select the invoice from the grid. The information fills into the fields below the grid. Change the invoice total, due date, or terms by editing the entries in those fields. Select Update. The updates are saved to the grid. Parent topic: Invoice Panel

Edit a Simple Alert
You can make changes to an alert that is not locked and does not require that you select the Edit Message button to make changes to it. Select the alert in the grid. The details for the alert enter the Description and Message fields below the grid. To edit the entry for the Description and Message fields, select the fields, and then edit the text. Select Update. Update or Remove Payers in the Payer Default Grid
If anything changes in the future with payer requirements or contracts, you can update or remove payers in the Payer Defaults grid. To update a payer, select the payer from the Payer Defaults grid, edit the payer’s information, and then select Add/Update. To delete payers from the grid, select a payer, and then select Delete. Editing an Existing Authorization
Select the payer from the Insurance Information grid. Select the Authorization from the Precertification/Authorization. Select the Edit button.
