Surveys

The Surveys tab in the top navigation bar opens a picklist of available outcome studies (surveys). Any survey you use to document patient data appears on the legal medical record for the patient for that encounter. Manage Database Picklists for Documents, Surveys, and Worklogs

The document, survey, and worklog picklists contain items built into the templates that users have access to, but you can customize the lists. Open the Navigation Configuration system template, and then expand the Database Picklist panel. In the Name field, select one of the following: Document picklist contains all therapy documents that users across your practice can manually generate, including documents generated by the Preview Note button on Single Visit templates. Surveys picklist contains surveys built into the templates. Worklog picklist displays all available worklogs. The Link/Display grid displays the items in the picklist. Select the field under the Link column. For documents, the Inf Nav Doc List picklist appears. For surveys or worklog, the Inf Nav Item List picklist appears. Select the name you want to add, and then select OK. Note: For documents, the name is the actual file name saved within the document builder. In the field under the Display column, enter the name as

Use a Screening Tool

Before you begin Ensure that you have selected the Specialty as Care Management and Visit Type as Case & Consent. On the Tools template, expand the Screening panel. Screening Select the required Screening Tool from the left navigation panel. The corresponding questionnaire appears. Complete the questionnaire and click Save & Close. Complete an Item in the To Do List

You can mark a task as complete after it is completed. Open the Appointment Book window. Select the Daily tab at the bottom of the window. In the To Do List section, right-click the item to be marked as completed, and select Open. The Edit To Do Item window opens. Select the Completed check box. Select OK to save changes and close the window. The completed item appears with a strike-through, or crossed out, in the To Do List. Health Survey Link

Record Visit Time Using Start and End Timestamps

At the start of the visit, select Start Time button to enter the current time in the field. Note: You can edit the Start Time anytime during the visit.
