Modify an Item in the To Do List

You can edit a task to modify any fields as required: Open the Appointment Book window. Select the Daily tab at the bottom of the window. In the To Do List section, right-click the item, and select Open. The Edit To Do Item window opens. Edit the following fields as required: Subject Due Date Notes Priority Select OK to save changes and close the window. The modified item appears in the To Do List. Note: You can also right-click an item in the To Do List and modify the Priority from the menu. A check mark indicates the current priority of the item. Parent topic: Introduction to the To Do List

Add an Item to the To Do List

You can add a task to the to do list and track until it is completed. Open the Appointment Book window. Select the Daily tab at the bottom of the window. In the To Do List section, right-click and select New. The Add To Do Item window opens. In the Subject field, enter a name for the item. This is a mandatory field. In the Due Date field, select the expected completion date for the item. The default date is the current date. In the Notes field, enter additional information as needed for the item. In the Priority field, select the priority for the item. Following are the priorities available: Low Medium High The default priority is Low. Select OK to save changes and close the window. Delete a To Do List Item

You can delete a task if it is not required to be tracked. Open the Appointment Book window. Select the Daily tab at the bottom of the window. In the To Do List section, right-click on the item to be deleted, and select Delete. A message appears asking if you want to permanently delete the selected to-do item. Select Yes to delete the item. Complete an Item in the To Do List

You can mark a task as complete after it is completed. Open the Appointment Book window. Select the Daily tab at the bottom of the window. In the To Do List section, right-click the item to be marked as completed, and select Open. The Edit To Do Item window opens. Select the Completed check box. Select OK to save changes and close the window. The completed item appears with a strike-through, or crossed out, in the To Do List. Introduction to the To Do List

You can use the To Do List section in the Daily view of the Appointment Book window to create and track tasks that require your attention. The To Do List is only for your reference. You can add items only to your To Do List and not for other users. In the To Do List section, you can do the following: Add an item. Modify an item. Complete an item in the to do list. Delete an item from the to do list. Add an Item to the To Do List You can add an item to the to-do list in the daily view of the appointment book.
