Add an Item to the To Do List

You can add a task to the to do list and track until it is completed.
  1. Open the Appointment Book window.
  2. Select the Daily tab at the bottom of the window.
  3. In the To Do List section, right-click and select New.
    The Add To Do Item window opens.

  4. In the Subject field, enter a name for the item.
    This is a mandatory field.
  5. In the Due Date field, select the expected completion date for the item.
    The default date is the current date.
  6. In the Notes field, enter additional information as needed for the item.
  7. In the Priority field, select the priority for the item.
    Following are the priorities available:
    • Low
    • Medium
    • High

    The default priority is Low.

  8. Select OK to save changes and close the window.
    The new item appears in the To Do List.
