You can edit a task to modify any fields as required:
- Open the Appointment Book window.
- Select the Daily tab at the bottom of the window.
- In the To Do List section, right-click the item, and select Open.
The Edit To Do Item window opens.
- Edit the following fields as required:
- Subject
- Due Date
- Notes
- Priority
- Select OK to save changes and close the window.
The modified item appears in the
To Do List.
Note: You can also right-click an item in the To Do List and modify the Priority from the menu. A check mark indicates the current priority of the item.
