Telephone Communication

If you select the Launch Telephone Communication checkbox, the system opens the Telephone Communication template instead of the Telephone Call template from left Navigation, sub-navigational links, and navigational tabs available on all the specialties templates. Telephone Call/Communication section Patient Communication visit type Telephone call However, the Telephone Communication link on the Patient Information Card opens only the Telephone Call template even if you select the Launch Telephone Communication checkbox on the Practice Configuration template. Surveys

The Surveys tab in the top navigation bar opens a picklist of available outcome studies (surveys). Any survey you use to document patient data appears on the legal medical record for the patient for that encounter.
