Diabetic Foot Exam

Open the Physical Exam Templates
You can open the physical exam template to document the normal and abnormal physical exam details. Open the SOAP template. In the Physical Exam panel, select a specialty-specific physical exam in the left pane. The physical exam template opens. Document Areas Examined

Template Links
You can use links to open frequently used templates. Based on the configuration in the Framework Content system template, links appear in the Intake, Histories, SOAP, Finalize, and Checkout tabs. The appearance of these links can vary based on the specialty, visit type, template, tab, and age of the patient. The links can be configured based on the following: Specialty Practice Provider Specialty and practice Specialty and provider These links are associated with a particular tab. You can configure a specific link on various tabs. Sub Navigation Set Up Links You can use the Framework Content system template to configure the links.
