Manage Database Picklists for Documents, Surveys, and Worklogs
The document, survey, and worklog picklists contain items built into the templates that users have access to, but you can customize the lists.
Open the Navigation Configuration system template, and then expand the Database Picklist panel.
In the Name field, select one of the following:
Document picklist contains all therapy documents that users across your practice can manually generate, including documents generated by the Preview Note button on Single Visit templates.
Surveys picklist contains surveys built into the templates.
Worklog picklist displays all available worklogs.
The Link/Display grid displays the items in the picklist.
Select the field under the Link column.
For documents, the Inf Nav Doc List picklist appears. For surveys or worklog, the Inf Nav Item List picklist appears.
Select the name you want to add, and then select OK.
Note: For documents, the name is the actual file name saved within the document builder.
In the field under the Display column, enter the name as you want it to appear in the picklist.
Select the Add/Update button to add it to the grid.
The grid displays the item. Items in the picklist appear in the same order as in the grid.
