Document a Chiropractic Therapy Health Promotion Plan

You can document screening and follow-up plans of care for the following: BMI, depression, and hypertension health promotion plans Pain management and fall risk plans of care Functional status Note: You can customize the Health Promotion Plan template in NextGen® Adaptive Content Engine. For more information, go to the NextGen Healthcare Success Community and download the latest NextGen® Adaptive Content Engine Health Promotion Plan Quick Reference Guide. Open a patient record, and then in Encounter History, expand a case and select an encounter. Open the NTS Chiro Single Visit template associated with the encounter, and then expand the Objective panel. The Ortho/Neuro Findings section of this panel is a configurable grid with the Quick Add feature. Your practice can configure the Exam picklist to display only exams relevant to your practice.
