Subluxation/Palpation/Tissue Changes panel

On this panel, the Subluxation and Palpation sections are grids with the Quick Add feature instead of options. To turn on the feature, select the Quick Add button. A green light illuminates next to the button. To turn off Quick Add, select the green light, or if the picklist is open, select Done. Chiropractic Exams

The chiropractic exam templates include DC Cervical, Thoracic, and Lumbar. These exams all follow the same format. Details are shown below for the DC Cervical Exam. The DC Thoracic Exam and DC Lumbar Exam follow the same format but with the appropriate relevant information in each panel. Exams

The Exams grid lists specific exams in the configurable side navigation that are of use to the Chiropractor. There are therapy exams, chiropractic exams, and a specific Acupuncture Exam for those clinics that offer acupuncture. Add Treatment Plan Details for Chiro Visits

In the NTS Chiro Single Visit template, expand the Assessment/Plan panel. In the Plan Details section, and then select A/P Details. The Chiro A/P Details template opens. If this is the first visit in this case, the Treatment grid will be empty. Afterwards, when you open this template, all entries in the grid copy forward from the prior visit. Chiro A/P Details template (blank) Select the Treatment field. A picklist of treatment items opens. Do one of the following to add all treatment activities you plan to use to rehabilitate the patient: Select the items from the picklist, and then select Close or Done. As you select each item, it automatically appears the Treatment grid. To enter a treatment that is not listed in the picklist, select the blank space in the list to close the picklist, and then enter the text in the Treatment field. Select Save. Chiro Single Visit

Use the NTS Chiro Single Visit template for chiropractic care. The template has a top section for general information, History/Review, Reason for Visit, Objective, and Assessment/Plan panels, and sections at the bottom for signoff and to indicate providers who should get carbon copies of documentation.
