Alerts Panel

The grid in the Alerts panel displays all alerts that have been set up.

  • The Description column describes the usage scenario that causes the alert to fire.
  • The Message column shows the text of the alert message.
  • The When column shows the template in the workflow where the alert fires.
  • The Visit Set column shows which types of visits the alert will fire for.
  • The Enabled column shows whether the alert has been enabled to fire ('Locked' indicates an alert that always fires and cannot be disabled).
  • The Override column indicates whether an override has been configured for the alert. If there is an override (Yes), then when you select the alert, you see the conditions of the override in the grid in the Alerts Overrides panel.

Most of the alerts are set to Enabled, and the system prevents you from disabling them due to regulatory or documentation requirements. If you select a row in the grid and the Enable checkbox becomes unavailable, you cannot turn off the alert.
