Edit Configurable Alerts
- Select a configurable alert in the grid.
Configurable alerts display **Configurable by selecting Edit Message button below** in the Message column.The Edit Message button becomes available.
- Select the Edit Message button.
The Alert Multi Configuration window opens showing alert messages for each of the different messages that are part of that alert.
- Select an alert in the grid.
The details for the alert appear in the fields below the grid.
- To edit the text of the alert message, select the Alert Message field.
- To change the alert between Enabled and Disabled, select or clear the Enable checkbox as appropriate.
- Select Add/Update.
Note: NextGen Healthcare recommends that you do not delete any of the alerts, and do not edit the Call Name or Description. You cannot add new alerts.
