Bulk messages can be sent to care managers and patients with a completed or pending enrollment status.
 
 
  - On the NextGen® Enterprise PM main toolbar, select the Mailbox  button.
 
  - From the list in the upper-right corner of the window, select Patient Portal.
   
    Important: The Patient Portal option does not appear in the list if your NextGen® PxP Portal license is not available or has expired.
    
 
    
   
    A list of patient portal folders appears in the left pane. A list of messages appears in the right pane.
   
 
  - Select the New Message 
 button. .
   
    The Patient Portal Message window opens.
   
 
  - Select the arrow on the To  button, and then select Add Report.
   
    The 
Memorized Reports window opens. 
    
Note: The Memorized Reports window displays only the NextGen® Enterprise EHR reports and not those generated from NextGen® Enterprise PM.
    
 
    
  - Select an option from Report Type.
 
  - Double-click a report to open it.
   
    The preferences for the selected report are displayed.
   
 
  - Optional: Select Patient from Settings List and make any necessary changes to the filters.
   
    Note: The Report Filter option only the NextGen® Enterprise EHR reports, and not the NextGen® Enterprise PM reports.
    
 
     
  - Select OK.
   
    The patients found are added in the To field.
   
 
  - Optional: To view the list of patients included in the report, double-click the report results in To.
 
  - Close the Patient Set window and complete your message as needed.
