Set Patients as Recipients from a Memorized Report

Bulk messages can be sent to care managers and patients with a completed or pending enrollment status.
  1. On the NextGen® Enterprise PM main toolbar, select the Mailbox button.
  2. From the list in the upper-right corner of the window, select Patient Portal.
    A list of patient portal folders appears in the left pane. A list of messages appears in the right pane.
  3. Select the New Message button. .
    The Patient Portal Message window opens.
  4. Select the arrow on the To button, and then select Add Report.
    The Memorized Reports window opens.
  5. Select an option from Report Type.
  6. Double-click a report to open it.
    The preferences for the selected report are displayed.
  7. Optional: Select Patient from Settings List and make any necessary changes to the filters.
  8. Select OK.
    The patients found are added in the To field.
  9. Optional: To view the list of patients included in the report, double-click the report results in To.
  10. Close the Patient Set window and complete your message as needed.
