Bulk messages can be sent to care managers and patients with the completed or pending enrollment status.
 
 
  - On the NextGen® Enterprise PM main toolbar, select the Mailbox  button.
 
  - From the list in the upper-right corner of the window, select Patient Portal.
   
    Important: The Patient Portal option does not appear in the list if your NextGen® PxP Portal license is not available or has expired.
    
 
    
   
    A list of patient portal folders appears in the left pane. A list of messages appears in the right pane.
   
 
  - Select the New Message 
 button. .
   
    The Patient Portal Message window opens.
   
 
  - Select the arrow on the To button, and then select Report Filter.
   
    The report preferences open.
   
 
  - Under Settings List, select Patient.
 
  - Select Enable Patient Portal Status Filter, and perform one of the following:
   
    - To generate a report of patients who are not enrolled in NextGen® PxP Portal, select Non Patient Portal Patients.
 
    - To generate a report of all patients based on the enrollment status, do the following, select Patient Portal Patients, and then select a status from Patient Portal Patient Status.
 
   
 
  - Select all other preferences as needed, and then select OK.
   
    The patients found based on the reports results are added to the To field.
   
 
  - Optional: To view the list of patients included in the report, double-click the report results in the To field.
 
  - Close the Patient Set window and complete your message as needed.
