Add Recipients from a Report Filter

Bulk messages can be sent to care managers and patients with the completed or pending enrollment status.
  1. On the NextGen® Enterprise PM main toolbar, select the Mailbox button.
  2. From the list in the upper-right corner of the window, select Patient Portal.
    A list of patient portal folders appears in the left pane. A list of messages appears in the right pane.
  3. Select the New Message button. .
    The Patient Portal Message window opens.
  4. Select the arrow on the To button, and then select Report Filter.
    The report preferences open.
  5. Under Settings List, select Patient.
  6. Select Enable Patient Portal Status Filter, and perform one of the following:
    • To generate a report of patients who are not enrolled in NextGen® PxP Portal, select Non Patient Portal Patients.
    • To generate a report of all patients based on the enrollment status, do the following, select Patient Portal Patients, and then select a status from Patient Portal Patient Status.
  7. Select all other preferences as needed, and then select OK.
    The patients found based on the reports results are added to the To field.
  8. Optional: To view the list of patients included in the report, double-click the report results in the To field.
  9. Close the Patient Set window and complete your message as needed.
