Reassign Messages
If someone in another routing policy needs to act on a message that you received, you can reassign it to the relevant users or user groups. When you reassign a message, the From address of the message remains the same. You cannot reassign responses that are from an online profile.
An online profile works similar to an email distribution list. If an online profile is used, everyone listed in the online profile receives the responses. Patients can only respond to an online profile. They cannot initiate a message.
