Add Comments

Depending on the portal feature you are using, you can either directly enter your comments in the comments section or select Add or Add Comment to enter your comments. For example, on the Patient Portal Enrollment window, you must select Add to add comments.
  1. To enter comments from any window in the portal, select Add Comments or Add.
  2. Enter your comments using up to 1,000 characters, and then select OK.
  3. Complete your message or request as required.
