File
menu, select
Reports

Crystal Reports

Select the plus button for
All encounters for All Patient
.
On the
Enter Parameter Values
window, specify the start and end dates.
Note:
You cannot generate
Patient Portal Online Forms
for a date that is after the date of migration to version 6.2021.1.

Generate a Detailed Online Forms Report
From the NextGen® Enterprise EHR File menu, select Reports > Crystal Reports. Select the plus button for All encounters for All Patient. Select Patient Portal Online Forms, and then select the Preview button. On the Enter Parameter Values window, specify the start and end dates. Note: You cannot generate Patient Portal Online Forms for a date that is after the date of migration to version 6.2021.1. From the Enter repTypes list, select Details. NextGen® PxP Portal Accounts Report Considerations
The NextGen® PxP Portal Account Status Report includes information about NextGen® PxP Portal users. When you generate the NextGen® PxP Portal Account Status Report, you can select the following enrollment statuses to display on the report: Not Enrolled Pending Completed Account Deleted Deactivated Declined Deferred You can generate a summary report or a detail report. The summary report includes a count of users for each status that you include in the report. Generate Reports Using the Report Filter
From the NextGen® Enterprise EHR File menu, select Reports > Generate Report > By Practice, and then select one of the following: By Practice By Enterprise The NextGen Report Filter window opens. From Settings List, select Patient. Select the Enable Patient Portal Status Filter check box, and perform one of the following: To generate a report of patients who are not enrolled in NextGen® PxP Portal, select Non Patient Portal Patients. To generate a report of based on enrollment status, select Patient Portal Patients, and from Patient Portal Patient Status list, select a status. Set up other report filters and related options as required. For information on setting up report filters and custom NextGen® Enterprise EHR reports, go to NextGen Healthcare Success Community and download the latest Reports User Guide for NextGen® Enterprise EHR.
