Add Recipients from a Report Filter

Bulk messages can be sent to care managers and patients with the completed or pending enrollment status. On the NextGen® Enterprise PM main toolbar, select the Mailbox button. From the list in the upper-right corner of the window, select Patient Portal. Important: The Patient Portal option does not appear in the list if your NextGen® PxP Portal license is not available or has expired. A list of patient portal folders appears in the left pane. A list of messages appears in the right pane. Select the New Message button.. The Patient Portal Message window opens. Select the arrow on the To button, and then select Report Filter.The report preferences open. Under Settings List, select Patient. Select Enable Patient Portal Status Filter, and perform one of the following: To generate a report of patients who are not enrolled in NextGen® PxP Portal, select Non Patient Portal Patients. To open the Report Filter, do one of the following: To create reports for the Practice that you are currently logged on to, select File > Reports > Generate Report > Practice. To create reports for the Enterprise that you are currently logged on to, including any Practices in the Enterprise, select File > Reports > Generate Report > Enterprise. Select Enrollment Statuses to Include in the NextGen® PxP Portal Account Status Report

In the Report Dialog window, select the NextGen® PxP Portal enrollment report. To open the Enter Parameter Values window, select Preview. To set the period for the report, select the Start Date and End Date. Do one of the following: To select the enrollment status, select a value from the Available Values list in the Select Enrollment Status section, and then select the right arrow. To select all of the statuses, highlight the statuses in the Available Values section, and then select the double-arrow. To remove a status from the Selected Values list, select the status then select Remove. Note: To remove all statuses, select Remove All. From the Select Report Type list, select the type of report to generate. To save your selections, select OK. Open the Report Filter. From the Settings List in NextGen Report Filter: Patient window, select Patient. Report Filter Set up filters for the patient demographic data. To search for Gender, Zip, Race, and Ethnicity, select . Note: If you select more than one race for a patient, all the selected races appear for that patient when you generate the report. To filter by patient number, select a parameter from the Person Nbr list and enter the value. Select the patient's Risk Level as high, medium, or low, or select to do the following.
