Generate Reports Using the Report Filter
- From the NextGen® Enterprise EHR File menu, select Reports > Generate Report > By Practice, and then select one of the following:
- By Practice
- By Enterprise
The NextGen Report Filter window opens. - From Settings List, select Patient.
- Select the Enable Patient Portal Status Filter check box, and perform one of the following:
- To generate a report of patients who are not enrolled in NextGen® PxP Portal, select Non Patient Portal Patients.
- To generate a report of based on enrollment status, select Patient Portal Patients, and from Patient Portal Patient Status list, select a status.
- Set up other report filters and related options as required. For information on setting up report filters and custom NextGen® Enterprise EHR reports, go to NextGen Healthcare Success Community and download the latest Reports User Guide for NextGen® Enterprise EHR.
- Perform one of the following:
- To save the report filter, select Save.
- To generate the report, select OK.
