From the NextGen® Enterprise EHRFile menu, select Reports > Generate Report > By Practice, and then select one of the following:
By Practice
By Enterprise
The NextGen Report Filter window opens.
From Settings List, select Patient.
Select the Enable Patient Portal Status Filter check box, and perform one of the following:
To generate a report of patients who are not enrolled in NextGen® PxP Portal, select Non Patient Portal Patients.
To generate a report of based on enrollment status, select Patient Portal Patients, and from Patient Portal Patient Status list, select a status.
