From the
NextGen® Enterprise EHR
File
menu, select
Reports
>
Crystal Reports
.
Select the plus button for
All encounters for All Patient
.
Select
Patient Portal Online Forms
, and then select the
Preview
button.
On the
Enter Parameter Values
window, specify the start and end dates.
Note:
You cannot generate
Patient Portal Online Forms
for a date that is after the date of migration to version 6.2021.1.
From the
Enter repTypes
list, select
Details
.
Move the desired parameters from
Available Values
to
Selected Values
.
Select
OK
to create the report.

Generate a Summarized Online Forms Report
From the NextGen® Enterprise EHR File menu, select Reports > Crystal Reports. Select the plus button for All encounters for All Patient. On the Enter Parameter Values window, specify the start and end dates. Note: You cannot generate Patient Portal Online Forms for a date that is after the date of migration to version 6.2021.1. After the 5.9.2021.1 release, no new data will be available in the NextGen® PxP Portal Online Forms reports. In the Report Dialog window, select the NextGen® PxP Portal Online Forms report and select Preview. The Enter Parameter Values window opens. Select Start Date and End Date. Do one of the following: To select a single status code, in the Select Specific Status Code(s) section, select a value in Available Values, and then select the right arrow. To select all of the statuses, highlight the statuses in the Available Values section, and then select the double-arrow. To remove a status from Selected Values, select Remove or Remove All. NextGen® PxP Portal Accounts Report Considerations
The NextGen® PxP Portal Account Status Report includes information about NextGen® PxP Portal users. When you generate the NextGen® PxP Portal Account Status Report, you can select the following enrollment statuses to display on the report: Not Enrolled Pending Completed Account Deleted Deactivated Declined Deferred You can generate a summary report or a detail report. The summary report includes a count of users for each status that you include in the report. In addition, the detail report also includes the following information for each user: Account status Person name Person number Phone number Email address When enrollment completed The NextGen® PxP Portal Enrollment Summary Report includes the number of pending and complete enrollments for the NextGen® PxP Portal. The NextGen® PxP Portal Online Forms Report includes details about forms used in the NextGen® PxP Portal.
