On the
Surgery Sched
template, in the
Components
grid, select the row for the component you want to update.
Make changes to the text in the fields.
Click
Update

Add Components Individually
On the Surgery Sched template, expand the Surgery Information panel. To add new components not included in a QuickPick, click the Add/Update Components button. The Date of surgery field is read-only. IORTS Components template The IORTS Components template opens. Click the Body Part field to select a body part. The body part selected determines the component categories that display. Column headers on the IORTS Components template Click the fields below the grid to select items from the picklists. The picklists are multi-select. You can select multiple items in one picklist before closing it and moving on to the next field. Note: Some picklists have only a free-type option, select --Free-Text-- to type in the component information. Once you have entered all information, click Add to save the component to the grid. Use the Components grid to view and enter any components needed as part of the surgery order. Enter Surgery Details
Prior to scheduling a surgery, you can enter the details of the surgery such as surgeon, assistant, anesthesiologist, anesthetics, admit type, patient position, and specific equipment. You can enter the details of the surgery such as surgeon, assistant, anesthesiologist, anesthetics, admit type, patient position, and specific equipment in the Surgery Information panel on the Surgery Sched template. Surgery Information panel on the Surgery Scheduling template On the Surgery Sched template, expand the Surgery Information panel. Note: The Surgeon and Location fields are mandatory. By default, the rendering provider on the encounter appears in the Surgeon field. You can update the surgeon name or surgery location by clicking the field and selecting the desired option from the list. Add the surgery details in the fields. Enter any additional information about the procedure in the Procedure Notes field. To add the components required for the surgery, use the Components grid. Enter any notes

Update the Components for a Body Part
On the IORTS Cfg Surgery Schedule system template, expand the Components panel. Select the desired body part from the grid. The fields below the grid displays the picklists and column headers for the selected body part. To change picklists or display names associated with the body part, click in the Picklist and Column Header fields and update the entries. Click Add - Update. Update an Edema Record

Edit a Row in the Wounds/Incisions Grid
