Add a Provider to the Providers Picklist

You can add providers in the provider picklists used throughout the NextGen® Orthopedic Suite from the Provider & Clinical Staff Picklists panel of the Picklist Configuration practice template. The Users for Providers Picklist grid of the Provider & Clinical Staff Picklists panel displays all the existing providers in the Provider picklists throughout the NextGen® Orthopedic Suite. On the IORTS Picklist Configuration practice template, expand the Provider & Clinical Staff Picklists panel. In the field below Users for Providers Picklist grid, select the desired provider name. Managing Provider and Clinical Staff Picklists

You can configure provider and clinical staff picklists using the Provider & Clinical Staff Picklists panel of the Picklist Configuration practice template. You can also use the Provider & Clinical Staff Picklists panel to set up sign-off rights for different sign-off fields, based on security groups. Provide Sign-off Rights to a Security Group

On the Picklist Configuration practice template, expand the Provider & Clinical Staff Picklists panel. From the Template "Sign-off" Categories grid, select the desired category. In the field below the Security groups included in Category grid, select the security group to added to the selected Sign-off category. Add button for Security Groups in the Provider and Clinical Staff Picklists panel Click Add. The added group appears in the Security groups included in Category grid on selecting the corresponding Sign off category. Remove Template Sign-off Rights for a Security Group

Security Groups and Sign Off Panel

On the Security Groups and Sign Off panel, you can: Assign rights to a security group. Assign "Bill & Sign" rights to each security group category based on visit type. Create alerts based on the security group category and payer. Configure additional sign-off options as needed.
