Provide Sign-off Rights to a Security Group

On the Picklist Configuration practice template, expand the Provider & Clinical Staff Picklists panel. From the Template "Sign-off" Categories grid, select the desired category. In the field below the Security groups included in Category grid, select the security group to added to the selected Sign-off category. Add button for Security Groups in the Provider and Clinical Staff Picklists panel Click Add. The added group appears in the Security groups included in Category grid on selecting the corresponding Sign off category. Managing Template Sign-off Rights

You can manage template sign-off rights based on security groups for various NextGen® Orthopedic Suite templates. This enables the users of different categories (such as physicians, PA’s, Providers) to sign off the templates even if they are in different security groups in the System Administrator. Managing Provider and Clinical Staff Picklists

You can configure provider and clinical staff picklists using the Provider & Clinical Staff Picklists panel of the Picklist Configuration practice template. You can also use the Provider & Clinical Staff Picklists panel to set up sign-off rights for different sign-off fields, based on security groups. Edit Security Group Category Permissions

To edit permissions for a security group category, move visit types between the three columns. In the Category Bill & Sign Visit Type Permissions grid, select a category. The smaller grids below display all visit types for the category.
