Managing Facility Picklists

You can manage facility picklists for extended care facilities and skilled nursing facilities used throughout the NextGen® Orthopedic Suite templates from the Facility Picklists panel of the Picklist Configuration practice template. Managing Database Picklists

You can configure picklists values for specific database picklists in the Database Picklists panel of the Picklist Configuration practice template. The database picklists are found in the Assessment and Plan, Medical Decision Making (MDM) sections, as well as the HPI sections of the NextGen® Orthopedic Suite templates. Add a Clinical Staff to the Clinical Staff Picklist

You can add clinical staffs in the clinical staff picklists used throughout the NextGen® Orthopedic Suite from the Provider & Clinical Staff Picklists panel of the Picklist Configuration practice template. The Users for Clinical Staff Picklist grid of the Provider & Clinical Staff Picklists panel displays all the existing clinical staffs in the Clinical staff picklists throughout the NextGen® Orthopedic Suite. On the Picklist Configuration practice template, expand the Provider & Clinical Staff Picklists panel. Add a Provider to the Providers Picklist

You can add providers in the provider picklists used throughout the NextGen® Orthopedic Suite from the Provider & Clinical Staff Picklists panel of the Picklist Configuration practice template. The Users for Providers Picklist grid of the Provider & Clinical Staff Picklists panel displays all the existing providers in the Provider picklists throughout the NextGen® Orthopedic Suite. On the IORTS Picklist Configuration practice template, expand the Provider & Clinical Staff Picklists panel. In the field below Users for Providers Picklist grid, select the desired provider name. Managing Template Sign-off Rights

You can manage template sign-off rights based on security groups for various NextGen® Orthopedic Suite templates. This enables the users of different categories (such as physicians, PA’s, Providers) to sign off the templates even if they are in different security groups in the System Administrator.
