Add a Provider to the Providers Picklist

You can add providers in the provider picklists used throughout the NextGen® Orthopedic Suite from the Provider & Clinical Staff Picklists panel of the Picklist Configuration practice template. The Users for Providers Picklist grid of the Provider & Clinical Staff Picklists panel displays all the existing providers in the Provider picklists throughout the NextGen® Orthopedic Suite. On the IORTS Picklist Configuration practice template, expand the Provider & Clinical Staff Picklists panel. In the field below Users for Providers Picklist grid, select the desired provider name. Remove a Clinical Staff from the Clinical Staff Picklist

Managing Template Sign-off Rights

You can manage template sign-off rights based on security groups for various NextGen® Orthopedic Suite templates. This enables the users of different categories (such as physicians, PA’s, Providers) to sign off the templates even if they are in different security groups in the System Administrator.
