Add a Clinical Staff to the Clinical Staff Picklist

You can add clinical staffs in the clinical staff picklists used throughout the NextGen® Orthopedic Suite from the Provider & Clinical Staff Picklists panel of the Picklist Configuration practice template. The Users for Clinical Staff Picklist grid of the Provider & Clinical Staff Picklists panel displays all the existing clinical staffs in the Clinical staff picklists throughout the NextGen® Orthopedic Suite. On the Picklist Configuration practice template, expand the Provider & Clinical Staff Picklists panel. Remove a Clinical Staff from the Clinical Staff Picklist

Managing Template Sign-off Rights

You can manage template sign-off rights based on security groups for various NextGen® Orthopedic Suite templates. This enables the users of different categories (such as physicians, PA’s, Providers) to sign off the templates even if they are in different security groups in the System Administrator.
