QuickPicks

Use the QuickPicks panel to manage specific fields on QuickPicks, and to copy QuickPick sets. You can filter the QuickPicks set grid by category, set name, or provider. Selecting a QuickPick in the grid shows the table, field name and default values for that QuickPick in the larger grid below. Setup the Fields to be Excluded from QuickPick

If you do not want to save the data of a particular field as a QuickPick, you can add that field to the exclusion list. You can add the fields in the exclusion list from the Exclusions & Inclusions panel of the QuickPick Manager template. Note: NextGen Healthcare recommends you to do this setup so that QuickPick sets do not include patient-specific data. On the QuickPick Manager template, expand the Exclusions & Inclusions panel. In the field below the Table column of the Fields to Exclude from QuickPicks grid, select the template that contains the fields to be excluded from the QuickPick. In the field below the Field column of the Fields to Exclude from QuickPicks grid, select the field to be excluded from the QuickPick. Click Add. The excluded fields along with the respective template names appear in the Fields to Exclude from QuickPicks grid. Parent topic: Exclusions and Inclusions

QuickPick Manager

Use the QuickPick Manager template to manage provider, system set, and user specific QuickPicks. You can see available QuickPicks, select security groups that can save system sets, determine what items are not saved on QuickPicks, enable and manage Get Data functionality, and track QuickPick usage. You can manage the Get Data functionality and the fields that are excluded from QuickPicks. Disable Get Data Functionality for the Fields Excluded from QuickPick Set

On the QuickPick Manager template, expand the Exclusions & Inclusions panel. In the Fields to INCLUDE in Get Data grid, search and select the template and field for which you want to disable the Get Data functionality. Click Delete. Parent topic: Exclusions and Inclusions
