Enable Get Data Functionality for the Fields Excluded from QuickPick Set
On the QuickPick Manager template, expand the Exclusions & Inclusions panel. Click the field below the Table column of the Fields to INCLUDE in Get Data grid. Select the template from the picklist and click OK. Click the field below the Field column of the grid. Select the field from the picklist, and click OK. Click Add. Setup the Fields to be Excluded from QuickPick
If you do not want to save the data of a particular field as a QuickPick, you can add that field to the exclusion list. You can add the fields in the exclusion list from the Exclusions & Inclusions panel of the QuickPick Manager template. Note: NextGen Healthcare recommends you to do this setup so that QuickPick sets do not include patient-specific data. On the QuickPick Manager template, expand the Exclusions & Inclusions panel. In the field below the Table column of the Fields to Exclude from QuickPicks grid, select the template that contains the fields to be excluded from the QuickPick. In the field below the Field column of the Fields to Exclude from QuickPicks grid, select the field to be excluded from the QuickPick. Click Add. The excluded fields along with the respective template names appear in the Fields to Exclude from QuickPicks grid. Parent topic: Exclusions and Inclusions

Delete a Field from the QuickPick Exclusion List
Click the field below the Table column of the grid. Select a template from the picklist, and click OK. All the fields of the template that are excluded from QuickPick appear in the grid. Select the field to be removed from the exclusion list. Click Delete. Parent topic: Exclusions and Inclusions

Fields to INCLUDE in Get Data
The Fields to INCLUDE in Get Data grid displays the fields that are excluded from QuickPicks but are included in Get Data. The types of patient-specific fields that you generally want to exclude form QuickPicks tend to be the ones you want included in Get Data (for example, patient name, date of birth, number, diagnosis, surgery dates, and so on). You can use this field to make sure those fields are included in Get Data regardless of whether they are excluded from QuickPicks. You can use the Exclusions and Inclusions panel to: Set fields that are excluded from QuickPick sets Enable or Disable Get Data functionality Set fields that are included in Get Data Note: As a default, the NextGen® Orthopedic Suite sets all patient-specific information such as diagnosis, timeframe, and so on as excluded from QuickPicks. Manage Fields Included in the Get Data Functionality
You can manage a list of fields that are included in the Get Data functionality. On the Specialty QuickPick Manager template, expand the Exclusions & Inclusions panel. To include a field to the Get Data functionality, do the following in the Fields to INCLUDE in Get Data section. Select the field for selecting the table. A window opens for selecting the template that contains the fields to be included in the Get Data functionality. Select the desired template, and select OK. Select the field for selecting the field name. A window opens for selecting the field that needs to be included in the Get Data functionality. Select the field, and then select OK. Select Add. The selected field is added to the Get Data functionality and appears in the grid. To delete a field from the Get Data functionality, do the following in the Fields to INCLUDE in Get Data section. Select the field. A window opens for selecting the template that contains the fields to be deleted from the Get Data functionality
