Add Internal Equipment

You can add durable medical equipment (DME) your practice can dispense.

1. Open the Home or any other applicable template, select Orders from the upper navigation bar, and then select Single Order or Internal DME.
2. In the Internal DME template or the Internal DME panel of the Single Order template, right-click the Orthotics and Prosthetics grid, and then select Add New.
   The IORTSdme_master_xpo window opens.
3. Do one of the following:
   • To add off-the-shelf items, select OTS.
   • To add custom items, select Custom.
   • To add cash items, select Cash.
4. In Body Region, enter the applicable region of the body.
5. Enter the item name, CPT® code, service item, and quantity details.
6. Optional: Enter any other necessary details.
7. Select Save, and then select Close.
