On the

link.

Create Excuse Notes
You can create a patient's excuse notes for school and work. Open the Forms template. Excuse panel on the Forms template Select the Pt Seen check box. The calendar window opens to select the date of the appointment. Select the date on the calendar window, and click OK. Enter the time of the appointment as follows: To enter the current time, click the Clock icon icon. To enter a specific time, click the Down arrow icon icon, enter the time in the time entry window, and then click OK. In the Excuse panel, do the following: Select the appropriate options for excuse. Type any comments for excuse, if needed. Click the Provider field, select the name of the provider from the providers window, and then click OK. Note: By default, the name of the rendering provider is displayed in this field. Select the Done check box. Create Restrictions Notes
You can create a patient's restrictions notes for gym and sports activities. Open the Forms template. Restrictions panel on the Forms template Select the Pt Seen check box. A window opens for selecting the date of the appointment. Select the date on the calendar window, and click OK. To enter the time of the appointment, do one of the following: To enter the current time, click the Clock icon icon. To enter a specific time, click the Down arrow icon icon, enter the time in the time entry window, and then click OK. In the Restrictions panel, do the following: In the No participation in section, select the activity that patient cannot participate in. A window opens for selecting the duration. Enter the duration of the patient's inactivity, and click OK. Note: You can also indicate if the patient cannot participate in the selected activities until cleared by provider or next appointment. Create Generic Letters
On the Forms template, expand the Generic Letter panel. Generic Letter panel on the Forms template In the Create Letter section, do the following: Select the option for the intended recipient of the letter. Note: If you select the To Provider check box, a window opens for the selection of the provider name. You can select the desired provider name. If you select the Thank you for check box, you can type a thank you note in the blank field next to the check box. Select the appropriate option for greeting text, and modify the greeting text, if needed. In the Body of letter field, type the text of the letter. To document the appointments, do the following: Select the Appointment Changes check box. Click the Appt. Type field, and select the appointment type from the list. Click the Appt. with field, select the provider's name from the providers window, and then click OK. Click the Appt. Access the Missed Appointment Template
You can open the Missed Appointment template using the Forms link. On the Home template, click the Forms link. The Navigation window opens. Access the Non-Billable Visit Template
You can access the Non Billable Visit template from the Home template. On the Home template, click the Non-Billable tab. The Navigation window opens. Select Non Billable Visit from the list, and click OK. The Non Billable Visit template opens.
