The Retina Perform Diagnostic Test – OPH template (seen as the Perform Test tab) is generally used by technicians after completing the ordered tests to document the completion of Retina diagnostic testing and to notify the provider. The Procedures - OPH template provides a central location from which you can open specialty diagnostic testing and other procedures for General and Retina Ophthalmology. The workflow for testing and procedures is shared between the provider and the technician. With Retinal diagnostic testing, there is a technical component that is performed by the technician and a professional interpretation component that is performed by the provider.
