Access the Retina Diagnostics Template Set

You can order, perform, interpret, and report results for Retina diagnostic testing using the Retina Diagnostics tabbed template set. Access the Procedures - OPH template. From the Procedures - OPH template, click the Retina Diagnostics link. The Retina Diagnostics tabbed template set opens to the Request Diagnostic Tests - OPH template (seen as the Request Diagnostic Tests tab). Performing Diagnostic Tests for Retina

The Retina Perform Diagnostic Test – OPH template (seen as the Perform Test tab) is generally used by technicians after completing the ordered tests to document the completion of Retina diagnostic testing and to notify the provider. The Retinal Diagnostics template set can be opened from the Procedures – OPH template using the Retina Diagnostics link. Depending on the diagnostic test, actual testing performed by the technician can be completed on the Perform Test template of the Retinal Diagnostics template set or on the Testing - OPH template.
