Performing Diagnostic Tests for Retina

The Retina Perform Diagnostic Test – OPH template (seen as the Perform Test tab) is generally used by technicians after completing the ordered tests to document the completion of Retina diagnostic testing and to notify the provider.

You can view dilation and other eye drop medications for the patient in the Dilation/Other Medications grid, which appears on the Perform Test tab of the Retina Diagnostics tabbed template set.

You can document dilation and other medications administered to the patient on the Dilation/Other Medications - OPH template by clicking the Add/Update button. If the patient was not dilated, this can be documented along with a reason for not doing so.
