Record Low Vision Devices
- Expand the Devices panel.
- Enter the Date the device was recommended to the patient and the Name of the device.
- Enter visual acuity in the VA field.
- Click VA Type to select from the following:
- Distance
- Near
- Occupational
- Intermediate
- Enter the Acuity Achieved, Skills, and Comments.
- Select Yes or No for Recommended to the Agency/Purchase.
- Click Add to add the device information to the grid.
