Remove a Low Vision Device Entry

Record Low Vision Devices
Expand the Devices panel. Enter the Date the device was recommended to the patient and the Name of the device. Enter visual acuity in the VA field. Click VA Type to select from the following: Distance Near Occupational Intermediate Enter the Acuity Achieved, Skills, and Comments. Select Yes or No for Recommended to the Agency/Purchase. Modify Low Vision Goals
On the LV Devices - OPT template, expand the Goal panel. Select the goal to modify in the grid. The goal details fill the corresponding fields. Update the goal. Click Update. Parent topic: Create Goals for the Low Vision Patient

Mark a Low Vision Goal as Achieved
On the LV Devices - OPT template, expand the Goal panel. Select the goal in the grid. The goal details fill the corresponding fields.
