LV Devices - OPT
template, expand the
Devices
panel.
Select the device in the grid.
The device details fill the corresponding fields.
Click
Remove
.
The device is removed from the grid.

Record Low Vision Devices
Expand the Devices panel. Enter the Date the device was recommended to the patient and the Name of the device. Enter visual acuity in the VA field. Click VA Type to select from the following: Distance Near Occupational Intermediate Enter the Acuity Achieved, Skills, and Comments. Select Yes or No for Recommended to the Agency/Purchase. On the LV Devices - OPT template, expand the Goal panel. Select the goal in the grid. The goal details fill the corresponding fields.
