Documenting an Impression and Plan

Providers can document their assessments, impressions, plans, return to clinic orders, and enter internal physician notes on the Assessment/Plan tab. Enter Assessments for Today's Visit Ophthalmic providers can enter the assessment, impression, and plan on the Assessment Plan - OPH template. Review the Ophthalmic Provider Summary

Providers can use the Provider Summary - OPH template to review previously documented patient information. Click the Provider Summary link to open the Provider Summary - OPH template. Click the Expand button below the grid to open the Oph Historic HPI template. You can filter the information displayed in the grid by specialty.
