Review Motility Findings
Click the Motility link in the Visual Acuity/Lensometry/Refraction panel. The age-appropriate Eye Motility Detail - OPH template opens. Review the exam findings and make changes as needed. Documenting an Impression and Plan
Providers can document their assessments, impressions, plans, return to clinic orders, and enter internal physician notes on the Assessment/Plan tab. Enter Assessments for Today's Visit Ophthalmic providers can enter the assessment, impression, and plan on the Assessment Plan - OPH template. Providers can order and schedule diagnostic testing and procedures specific to Ophthalmology on the Order Tests - OPH template or by accessing Orders panel. To access the Order Tests - OPH template.
