Provider Summary for Ophthalmic Providers

The Provider Summary link appears on the Provider tab and opens the Provider Summary - OPH template. Review Patient Dilation

Providers can review or document dilation on the Dilation/Other Meds - OPH template. From the Eye Summary template, click the Dilation link to open the Dilation/Other Meds - OPH template. View Historical Ocular Findings on the Eye Summary Template

Providers can review the historical ocular findings and optical tests for the patient on the Eye Summary template. The Eye Summary template includes exam findings for lensometry or refraction, keratometry, pachymetry, and more. Click the Eye Summary link. The Eye Summary template opens. Review each area for a complete eye summary. To review or copy lensometry, manifest refraction, or glasses prescription values, click the Historical Lensometry/Refraction link. To view historical exam findings for Keratometry or Pachymetry, click the corresponding historical link for each exam. Click Close. Review the Ophthalmic Provider Summary

Providers can use the Provider Summary - OPH template to review previously documented patient information. Click the Provider Summary link to open the Provider Summary - OPH template. Click the Expand button below the grid to open the Oph Historic HPI template. You can filter the information displayed in the grid by specialty.
