Providers can review the historical ocular findings and optical tests for the patient on the Eye Summary template. The Eye Summary template includes exam findings for lensometry or refraction, keratometry, pachymetry, and more.
- Click the Eye Summary link.
The Eye Summary template opens.
- Review each area for a complete eye summary.
- To review or copy lensometry, manifest refraction, or glasses prescription values, click the Historical Lensometry/Refraction link.
- To view historical exam findings for Keratometry or Pachymetry, click the corresponding historical link for each exam.
- Click Close.
