Review Historical Lensometry and Refraction Findings

You can view historical exam findings for lensometry and refraction exams. Click the Historical Lensometry/Refraction link in the Lensometry/Refraction exam panel. The OPH - Lensometry/Refraction History template opens and displays lensometry and refraction data for the current patient. oph lensometry refraction history template Select the option corresponding to the desired refraction exam to view, Manifest Rx or Cycloplegic Rx.The Refraction History grid refreshes and displays historical findings for the selected refraction exam. Review Motility Findings

Click the Motility link in the Visual Acuity/Lensometry/Refraction panel. The age-appropriate Eye Motility Detail - OPH template opens. Review the exam findings and make changes as needed. Lensometry/Refraction Exams

Review Patient Dilation

Providers can review or document dilation on the Dilation/Other Meds - OPH template. From the Eye Summary template, click the Dilation link to open the Dilation/Other Meds - OPH template. The new Skills/Motility - OPT template is available when you select the Office Visit visit type for the Optometry specialty. You can review and add findings for Visual Acuity and Lensometry/Refraction.
