Physicians can use Internal Physician Notes as clinical reminders or sticky notes. Internal Physician Notes do not appear in patient documents and are displayed in the corresponding grid until they are modified or deleted.
- In the Internal Physician Notes panel, click the Timestamp link to add a time-stamp to the note.
- Type the note or use My Phrases to add to the note.
The Internal notes are automatically saved. Historical notes appear in the Internal Physician Notes grid.
