Managing Patient Alerts

If your clinic is enabled to support patient alerts, you can view the patient alerts by selecting on the Patient Chart view.

Note: You must link your NextGen® Enterprise credentials to your dictator in NextGen® Mobile Cloud Portal and set your credentials as default on logon.

When a patient has alerts that require your acknowledgement, the Patient Alerts window automatically opens the alerts every time you open the Patient Chart window. You can select Acknowledge to acknowledge all the alerts and quit the view.

You can select Acknowledge and Snooze on the Patient Alerts window and select a duration for the alert to snooze. The patient alert does not appear again until the set time expires.
