You can view a quick list of all available
NextGen® Enterprise EHR and
NextGen® Enterprise PM alerts for the patient on the Patient Information Card (PIC). You can also open the
Patient Alerts window to view, acknowledge, add, edit, snooze, and remove the patient's
NextGen® Enterprise EHR and
NextGen® Enterprise PM alerts.
Note: The
Alerts button in red color with a numeric count; indicates that there are patient alerts available. For example,
